This Operations Lead position is a fantastic opportunity for an existing Operations professional to join a company during a very exciting growth period. This role would suit someone who can lead and inspire the workforce whilst also manging all escalations and resolving all issues with customers and their installer network. This company operate within the energy efficiency sector, ensuring energy efficiency both in the home and in corporate and commercial buildings. This role is a full time, officed based position. The office is based near Wokingham and is not located near public transport links, therefore you would need to be a driver. The salary on offer is up to £ dependant on experience and this company also offer a fantastic discretionary 12% bonus scheme. The working hours are 8:30-5pm.
What will I be doing in the Operations Lead role?
* Managing escalations and resolving issues effectively and efficiently with both customers and installers.
* Identifying recurring themes from escalations to implement proactive and creative solutions moving forward to ensure continuous improvement.
* Ensure all work that is completed is to a high standard and compliant with Health and Safety regulations
* Managing and engaging with all subcontractors, setting clear expectations and managing their time effectively.
* Overseeing recruitment and retention and ensuring staff are motivated and engaged.
* Ensuring high levels of productivity within teams through targeted incentivisation such as bonuses tied to performance targets and standards.
* Identifying opportunities for efficiencies and implementing improved ways of working to streamline processes.
* Overseeing systems and data management to drive efficiencies and enhance overall process effectiveness.
What skills and experience are required for the Operations Lead role?
* Experience within an operational based role.
* Experience in team management of onsite and offsite staff such as engineers.
* Management of Health and Safety protocols and practices.
* Experience ideally within the energy efficiency, construction or engineering sectors.
