Requirements:

Completed IT education with relevant professional experience or an IT degree
- Excellent knowledge and practical experience with current Microsoft server operating systems
- Experience in scripting with PowerShell and optionally C#
- Communication and teamwork skills as well as customer orientation
- Structured and analytical working style
- Ability to work conceptually
- Language skills at level C1



Responsibilities:

Managing the operation of the electronic mailroom (scanning environment, text recognition, and signature)
- Advancing the level of automation in invoice processing
- Structured and sustainable error analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Task automation using PowerShell, including improving existing scripts
- Creating and maintaining product and operational documentation
- Participation in interdisciplinary projects
- Implementation of IT security strategy in the area of responsibility according to BSI IT basic protection and ISO 27001
