MEP Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a leading construction consultancy firm, is looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong technical and commercial skills in MEP quantity surveying. You will be responsible for delivering robust cost advice and commercial solutions for a variety projects within the commercial, residential and mixed-use sectors.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare bills of quantities, cost estimates, and budgets for MEP works
Analyze tenders and undertake cost comparisons to benchmark pricing
Manage change orders and contractual claims related to MEP works
Liaise with design teams, contractors, and clients to provide cost advice
Ensure projects are delivered within time, cost and quality parameters
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations, codes and industry trendsThe ideal candidate will have:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction related field
5+ years' experience in MEP quantity surveying role
Proficiency in using estimation software and Microsoft Office
Excellent numerical, analytical and communication abilities
Strong client relationship management and stakeholder liaison skills
