An established property Developer, now diversifying into hotel and solar energy projects, is looking for an experienced IT Support Officer, to start as soon as possible:
Responsibilities:
Maintenance of Windows Servers 2012/2016/2019
System Administrator on PC’s, Servers and LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi Networks
Integrating and implementing a range of technical updates
Installing IT equipment and software
Troubleshooting level 1 and 2 issues
Providing face-to-face and remote IT support
You will need:
A minimum of 2 years working in a help support role for levels 1-3
Strong knowledge of PC’s, Windows Servers, and peripherals
Experience supporting Windows environments, Active Directory, Azure Management (Office 365) plus routers and switch administration, installation and configuration of software and hardware.
Experience supporting large Wi-fi networks, Ubiquity and TP-Link
Experience with Cat5 and Cat6 installations
Proven ability to problem-solve
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritise and manage workload
Eligible to work in Cyprus
Full Driving licence required as covering multiple locations
Flexible work hours with occasional overtime
