Pure are delighted to be working with a manufacturing company who are looking to add an experienced Customer Service Leader to their team.
The purpose of the role is to meet the needs of customers from point of order to product delivery and beyond by leading the Customer Service team on a day to day basis to provide excellent customer service and develop the skills and experience of the team.

Customer service experience is essential and previous experience people managing is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
To promote and prioritise excellent customer service by at all times aiming to meet customer expectations, identifying opportunities to exceed expectations and considering any trends.
To identify any areas of potential conflict or concern for the customer and seek to find a resolution.
To escalate and support the Service Manager to resolve complex or commercially important issues to ensure that customer service and repeat customer purchase are priority.
To work alongside the Service Manager to identify areas for development that would enhance our offer and improve customer satisfaction.
Coordinate the resources of the team to deliver the required day to day outputs for order processing, managing customer queries and resolving issues.
Coordinate the resources of the team to deliver support to the Service Manager on Building Services Projects
Knowledge sharing and development
To understand sector trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement or opportunities for development in our service.
Team development and supervision
Supervise the team on a day-to-day basis, being the first point of contact for their escalation and support, managing resource to best meet the needs of the customer.
In conjunction with the Service Manager be responsible for the management of the Customer Service Team.
In conjunction with the Service Manager, identify development plans with the Customer Service Team and support their development
