Aufgaben
  • Coordination and implementation of technical service operations
  • Diagnosis and troubleshooting of software and hardware problems with MADx products, including customer support for setup and network configurations
  • Coordination of and performing training courses for customers and/or technical service staff for MADx s diagnostic test systems (incl. test execution, device repairs, device maintenance; train the trainer concept')
  • Coordination of MADx s support team
  • Assisting customers with all support services (installations, applications, )
  • Ensuring the correct documentation of customer enquiries and technical knowledge

Profil
  • Completed scientific and/or technical education and/or relevant work experience in business related fields
  • Experience in staff management and motivation
  • Proven professional experience as a technical support engineer/field service technician for in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) devices, preferably with fully automated systems in immunology
  • Practical experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Good understanding of computer systems and networks, basic knowledge of fluid mechanics and electronics
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; Fluency in English and German (oral and written)
