Job Title: Service Administrator
Location: Redditch
Salary: £24,000 - £25,420 depending on experience
Hours: Full Time 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
Job Type: Permanent

The Role
* Write up service reports received in from engineers
* Preparing service quotes
* Placing orders for servicing and parts
* Updating information for the purpose of preparing quotes
* Assist to working towards deadlines for submitting invoices
* Liaising with customers to ensure correct billing and purchase orders are received in a timely manner
* To update and maintain machine hours and contractual information on ERP System
Experience Required
* Experience of working in a similar administrative role is essential
* Good attention to detail
* Good interpersonal and customer care skills
* Responsive and collaborative
