Chief Financial Officer

Lawrenceville, GA a $200M/year single family developer/builder, has an immediate need for a Chief Financial Officer. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all of the companys financial operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Complete Company Financial and Accounting planning, oversight, & reporting.
* Develop plans to increase company profit while reducing expenditure.
* Assist the CEO in developing financial plans.
* Oversee all accounting personnel & procedures.
* This position has 3 accounting direct reports.
* Financing and accounting including land purchasing, and equipment.
* Maintaining strong banking relationships and cash flow.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Applicants must have experience with percentage of completion, cash flow management, and general ledger for a selfperforming construction GC, contractor, or sub-contractor.
* Experience working for a single-family builder or developer isPREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED.
* Accounting experience in the construction industry is a must.
* You must have a 4-year accounting or business degree.
* You must be willing to commute to the Lawrenceville, GA area on a daily basis.
COMPENSATION:
* $150K $190K DOE plus a full benefits package.
