We are currently recruiting for an IT Software Developer; this position will be based in the UK - Bridgwater, Market Drayton or East Kilbride offering a hybrid working model (3 days in the office per week).

We are looking for an experienced individual to join a multi-country, multi-language development team.
The opportunity offers a combination of green-field and brown-field developments along with training opportunities in different technologies (RPA) as well as investigations into new innovative technologies. (VR/AR, A.i and mobile apps).

Essential experience for the IT Software Developer:
•You have successfully completed your studies with an IT focus and are enthusiastic about new technologies
•Extensive knowledge of programming in C# using .NET Core along with frameworks and technologies like Bootstrap, ReactJS or Blazor and MVC

Good knowledge or experience in the following areas:
oORM platforms like entity frameworks or Dapper
oMS-SQL databases including ETL and query performance tuning (SSIS/SSRS)
oWorking with standard IDE’s such as Visual studio & SSMS.
oAzure DevOps
oWorking in an Agile team.
oAbility to build Micro-services
oAbility to communicate at all levels within the business
oWorking within a team environment with colleagues working remotely in different locations and countries
oExcellent documentation skills, ability to create technical specs and network diagrams
oGood understanding of Unit & Integration testing methodologies and technologies
oAbility to transfer knowledge and mentoring of junior developers
oAble to work with parallel tasks and priority management
oExcellent written and spoken English

Additional knowledge of any of the below would also be of benefit:
•Experience with .Net 8 with C# 12
•Standard design patterns such as singleton, repository, decorator, facade and Mediator
•CI/CD processes
•OWASP, SANS25, Kritis standards or equivalent security development framework
•Development tools like Telerik, Resharper etc.
•PowerShell and batch scripting
•A.I. tools and development
•RPA, Ideally with UiPath or PowerAutomate
•O365 Power Platform
•Polish or German language skills
