Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring smooth operations in a bustling restaurant environment? If so, we want you to join our team as a Shift Lead!
As a Shift Lead, you will play a pivotal role in organizing and supervising our team of servers, bartenders, and support staff to guarantee seamless shifts and maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
Executing and/or supervising the essential duties and responsibilities of servers, bartenders, and support staff.
Ensuring the effectiveness of the staff through communication, coaching, counseling, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures to optimize operations.
Directing departmental operations in the absence of the manager and acting as an ambassador to clients, guests, and vendors.
Investigating and resolving service complaints to achieve high guest satisfaction and peak staff performance.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the restaurant, implementing and enforcing assigned projects on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Mastering the use of Point of Sale system.
Assisting in recruitment, selection, orientation, and training of employees to maintain a skilled workforce.
Ensuring compliance with all Health Code guidelines to guarantee the safe and proper handling of items consumed by our guests.
