Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a Multidisciplinary consultancy who are looking for the hire of a Senior Planner/Principal Planner to join the team!
My client work on a wide range of projects which encompasses strategic and immediate development consultancy and brokerage, broad spectrum planning consultancy and a diverse range of land consultancy matters.
As a Senior / Principal Planner you would be expected to provide accurate and professional planning advice and services in relation to strategic planning policy matters. The Senior / Principal Planner is also expected to undertake some Business Development activities and play an active role in growing the portfolio of projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
For the right candidate there are opportunities for excellent career development and to demonstrate leadership, decisiveness, pragmatism, communication, and management skills. The ideal candidate will be a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and have experience working within the Local Plan system; political and commercial awareness; confidence leading project teams; and business development skills. They will also be an effective and clear communicator with the ability to manage workload and budgets.
