Workshop Assistant (Fuels division)
MillTech has a new position available with their client in Milton Keynes.
The company is a leader in Automotive testing working on Internal Combustion, Hybrid, EV and Fuels & Lubricants testing for well-known Automotive brands and companies.
The position has become available due to ongoing growth of their Fuels division and the high demands for the services in this area.
As the Workshop Assistant you will be responsible for the following:
* Support the fuels department by taking ownership of barrel register, fuel weighing and fuel blending
* Prepare fuel to test instruction from the Engineers
* Maintain specialist fuels, additives and ingredients stocks
* Forklift truck duties
* Oversee deliveries and collections including Fuel Tanker deliveries
* Maintain high health & safety standards
To succeed in this position the ideal Workshop Assistant will have the following skills:
* Able to use hand and power tools on manual tasks
* Highly motivated and possess a strong ambition to learn and succeed
* Excellent communication skills
* PC literate
* Forklift truck licence
