About the Company

This company is an industry leader within the joinery sector who are notably part of a wider construction group that turnover circa £140m per annum. Established for over 30 years, this business has built an outstanding reputation within the interior fit out market working on London’s major construction schemes for a variety of blue-chip Main Contractors, such as Mace, Sir Robert McAlpine and Lendlease. Our client specialises in super prime residential and complex commercial schemes, giving them an impressive portfolio of successfully delivered flagship projects. They predominately specialise in high end joinery but also offer a full turnkey service controlling full fit out packages which typically range from £1m to £18m in value. This contractor is notably a cash rich business, offering stable and attractive career development opportunities.

About the Role

Due to high project demand and our client striving for business growth, they’re looking at bringing in a new project manager. As a project manager you will be expected to:

• Gather project requirements

• Develop a project plan

• Manage the project schedule

• Manage the project budget

• Manage the project resources

• Resolve problems

• Have a strong understanding of the architectural glass industry

Requirements:

This is an excellent opportunity for those with the desire to achieve results by hard work and who wish to participate in the future of a progressive organisation. Previous experience as a project manager is a must and a good understanding of carpentry and joinery will be beneficial. Whether you’re at a senior level or more intermediate, this role is open to all who have the right experience.
