I am on the search for a progressive recruiter with proven experience of recruiting within the construction sector.
I am looking for a recruiter that wants to do well and be recognised for their hard work and commitment to finding people new job roles.
Well, and a great commission scheme doesn’t hurt either!
Your role is to bring on new clients and fill jobs, but you won’t be alone. You’ll work with a supportive team, and an experienced branch manager that will give you all the support and guidance you need to have the best start whilst building your desk.
Working with a great CRM system that’ll make it much easier to keep everything organised.
You’ll work in an industry with high salaries and high fees, and a commission scheme that takes great advantage of that too.
