Our client, a leading business in the Financial Services industry, is seeking a Financial Quality Analyst to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Due to growth our client is looking to add a Financial Quality Analyst with Financial Services experience to their team, where you will be working closely with the team to assist in the monthly checking program, including overseeing, monitoring and reviewing calls, reviewing documents, quality checking web chats and more.
You will also be required to provide assurance to the Management team that the business is performing as it should be, following policies whilst adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry and in an FCA regulated environment, where you have been used to providing quality assurance and compliance in a financial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out monitoring of case activity within the team ensuring it complies with regulations and compliance, including call monitoring, web chat monitoring and case reviews
- Document all outcomes
- Ensure all paperwork is completed in line with regulations and industry standards
- Manage internal diary system
- Report to management with compliance and quality findings, suggesting improvements or required areas of training where necessary
Key Experience:
- Experience in the Financial Services industry
- Previous experience in a Quality Assurance / Compliance role in the Financial sector is required
- Experience in the mortgage / lending industry is advantageous, although not essential
- Understanding of an FCA environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident liaising with and reporting findings to management
- Ability to handle performance issues and information with a high level of discretion
- Confident working in a regulated environment, maintaining standards at all times
