Join Our Team as a Service Delivery Manager!
Are you ready to take the lead in ensuring top-notch service delivery and maintenance in the housing sector? We're seeking a dynamic and dedicated Service Delivery Manager to oversee the daily operations in a defined area, delivering quality service to our customers and enhancing MTVH's reputation.
Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:
* Deliver high-quality maintenance services in line with business objectives and targets across all our work streams.
* Plan, execute, control, and monitor day-to-day operations to meet performance measures and business goals.
* Collaborate with a team of Contract Managers, Supervisors, and Trade Operatives to provide top-tier service.
* Manage operational staff, ensuring effective teamwork and productivity.
* Address customer complaints and issues professionally to enhance MTVH's reputation.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and external accreditation requirements.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, cost reduction, and value for money.
* Foster excellent customer service and collaborate with colleagues to provide integrated solutions.
* Make prompt and informed decisions to drive the company's competitiveness.
* Instill energy and dynamism into the team to contribute to the business's success.
* Support MTVH's corporate values and uphold professionalism and integrity.
Skills / Experience / Knowledge:
* Management or Senior Management background.
* Commercial track record in a compatible business environment.
* Understanding of the maintenance needs of large-scale Social Landlord organizations.
* Knowledge of Registered Provider Regulatory framework.
* Professional or trade qualification and/or extensive relevant experience.
* Conflict and change management skills.
* Strong analytical and financial acumen.
