Receptionist - Summer work

A friendly and welcoming office is looking for temporary reception cover in their gorgeous office based in Aberdeenshire.

Working Monday - Friday 8.30-5, £13.50 per hour/

Duties:

- Welcoming visitors

- Preparing meeting rooms

- Taking incoming calls, transferring and relaying messages

- Providing a high standard of customer service

- Ad-hoc admin duties
