Our client, a well established car dealership, based in Peterhead, are looking for a Sales Manager on a full time, permanent basis.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.
The role will be fully hands on and all encompassing with the right person aiming to sit at the top level of the business in the next few years.
Joining the team initially as a selling sales manager during which period thereafter training will be provided in the aftersales and admin functions of the business.
