Role Overview:
I am seeking a dedicated and experienced Leisure Manager to oversee the operations of the swimming pools and gym facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of these amenities, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and delivering exceptional customer service to the guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the swimming pools and gym facilities.
Supervise and support a team of lifeguards and fitness instructors.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
Monitor facility usage and implement measures to optimise efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to uphold facility standards.
Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and events. Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within the leisure or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations related to swimming pools and gym facilities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
