Site Manager - Top 10
Site Manager - a Top 10 building contractor is searching for a Site Manager to deliver design & build construction projects across the East Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to deliver projects across education, healthcare and MoD sectors ranging from £5m - £30m.
The company have several new sites due to start including a healthcare development in Leicester (£25m), a secondary school in Derby (£10m), a primary school in Nottingham (£9m) and new build college in Leicestershire (£15m).

Salary & Package:
- Salary of £50,000 - £55,000 (DOE)
- Performance related bonus

This is a permanent position which offers a great basic salary (DOE), car allowance (£5,500) or car leasing option, private medical insurance, excellent bonus scheme, 26 days holiday (with the opportunity to buy or sell up to 3 days holiday), life assurance, pension (matched up to 8%) and various other company benefits.
