An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Junior/ Sous Chef to support a very talented Head Chef within a restaurant based in rural Warwickshire.
Do you have ambition and want to show your flair, with the opportunity to advance to Head Chef within two years.?
Looking for a better work/home life balance, here is the opportunity.
The restaurant only opens during the day, so no evenings and flexibility with weekends.
Job Description
* Need to have fresh food background ideally gastro pub experience.
* Confident in menu planning, stock control.
* Be able to cover the head chef running the kitchen.
* Able to work 5 days out of 7.
* Daytime opening only.
* Advancement to Head Chef within 2 years.
Hourly paid - £15.00 - £16.00 DOE any hours worked over 40 hrs will be paid on basic hourly rate.
