As a Chef de Partie, you will have the opportunity to bring your own creative touch to the dishes you prepare while also learning the menu. You will be a crucial part of the team, and it is essential to have prior professional kitchen experience, a team player attitude, and excellent communication skills. Being reliable, polite, and respectful to all customers and team members is also crucial, along with the ability to work independently when necessary. Holding NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Professional Cookery is an added advantage.
