I have an exciting opportunity for someone in the real estate industry who is looking to grow in their career.
I'm working with a client based in Dubai, who are looking for new agents to join their ever expanding team.
They cover the whole of Dubai and specialise in higher-end property market with properties being sold at 20+ million.
This is a commission only role, however, you will earn 50% commission on all sales per month.
Bonus incentives of 150k a quarter is a 2-night stay in a high-end luxury resort, 2 million in a quarter you will be gifted a brand new BMW!
Realistic basic OTE a year meeting minimum KPI's 500k.

Effectively handle enquiries
Develop new business
Develop your personal brand/social media
Demonstrate high standards of professionalism
Work within the confines of current Real Estate legislation
Offer a superior level of customer service
Have relevant experience in sales
Have an aptitude for luxury
I am seeking someone either already based out in Dubai, or someone looking for a move! There will be no relocation package for this role, so if relocating was an option, this is something you would have to arrange privately
