Quattro Consulting is seeking Quality Assurance (QA) Engineers for a potential contract within the Department of Defense (DoD). QA Engineers will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of systems and software applications. As a QA Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute test plans, identify and report issues, and drive continuous improvement in our processes and products.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of our systems and software applications.
Collaborate with software developers and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality products.
Design and implement automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline the testing process.
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues.
Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure the stability and reliability of our software applications.
Investigate and reproduce customer-reported issues and work towards their resolution.
Monitor and analyze system performance to identify potential areas for improvement and optimize system efficiency.
Establish, document, report, and maintain Integration QA metrics and processes.
Perform integration-level QA testing to validate product functionality against established design requirements.
Multiple positions may be hired from this announcement. This position is contingent on contract award.
Work Environment:
Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Current, Active Top-Secret Clearance.
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and various testing methodologies.
Proficient in using automated testing tools and frameworks.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
Professional proficiency in English is required.
Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
Strong comprehension of AWS/Azure cloud environments.
Familiarity with cloud containerization.
