Our client, a San Antonio-based Engineering Consulting firm, is urgently seeking a Civil Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will apply your skills to a variety of projects, including municipal, commercial and residential. Responsibilities include:
Develop civil site drawings, including site plans, grading plans, utility plans, and draining plans
Perform calculations and develop specifications for construction drawing sets
Prepare conceptual site layouts and review local ordinances to ensure compliance with planning, zoning, and building permitting requirements
See projects through to sign and sealing of drawings
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) designation in the state of TX
5+ yrs experience in civil engineering design
Working knowledge of AutoCAD-Civil 3D
