Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager of Operations to lead and optimize our company's day-to-day activities in the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing operational functions, driving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulations. They will play a pivotal role in managing teams, implementing process improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Lead and oversee all operational activities within the United States, ensuring support, and performance feedback to foster growth and development.
Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, and reduce costs, implementing improvements as needed.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, operations, including safety, environmental, and labor standards.
Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing equipment, and budgets, optimizing utilization and minimizing waste.
Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively to meet operational needs, including personnel,
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to maintain product/service quality and customer satisfaction, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement. with overall company direction and market trends.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of operational strategies and objectives, aligning
Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance, analyzing data and trends to drive informed decision-making.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain, to ensure operational alignment and support business growth.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve objectives.
Thorough understanding of relevant regulations and standards governing operations in the United States.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successfully leading complex projects.
