We are currently looking for a dedicated, self-motivated candidate with passion for sustainability, who wants to join our Global Sustainability Team for the AGRANA Fruit Division in the following maternity cover position:

Sustainability Manager (m/f/d)

If you want to shape exciting projects in environmental and agro-sustainability in an international environment, join the global AGRANA Fruit Sustainability team! We are looking for a Sustainability Manager (m/f/d) for our activities in Fruit sourcing and preparation.

As member of the global sustainability team, which is directly mandated with all AGRANA Fruit sustainability topics by the AGRANA Fruit Board, your role will be to:

• Manage the sustainability reporting in AGRANA Fruit (quarterly and annual), following the requirements of the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), and ensure alignment with AGRANA Group during the annual reporting process
• Publish the internal AGRANA Fruit Sustainability Report
• Use tools and software solutions in AGRANA Fruit to collect and report emissions
• Maintain internal and external communication activities to enhance AGRANA Fruit's sustainability strategy
• Provide guidance and support for a diverse, international team in AGRANA Fruit production sites in 20 countries on all continents

• Education and / or career path in sustainability, preferably with a focus on environmental sciences (e.g., decarbonization, energy, water, emission management)
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a sustainability management role
• Strong knowledge of CSRD requirements
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Project management experience is a plus
• Excellent level of English is a must; other languages are beneficial

Location: Vienna, Austria or other AGRANA Fruit Europe locations

This position is full-time, minimum 18 months (covering maternity leave), extension may be possible.

• Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement in Austria for this position, which is € 46,965.52 gross per year. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries.
