German Speaking Customer Support Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer service for inquiries about company products and services
  • Open client accounts according to guidelines
  • Build rapport with customers and address issues relating to internet banking, onboarding, and mobile application
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services for accurate information
  • Identify selling opportunities based on customer needs
  • Handle card cancellation and blocking requests
  • Issue new cards and handle renewals
  • Process transactions and outgoing payments accurately in company systems
  • Adhere to company policies, security guidelines, and industry standards
  • Keep required records
  • Assist with data gathering through phone, email, and chat
  • Support invoicing and payment allocation according to company policies
  • Assist with administrative tasks following company instructions
  • Communicate and collaborate with country coordinators and other departments
  • Monitor loan repayments and allocate payments in records
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Online Customer Support or Sales position otherwise, in possession of a recent
  • University degree in Banking, Financial Services or other related areas
  • Native or fluent level of German along with a fluent level of English (both spoken and written)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Computer literacy
  • Team player, eager to learn and grow within the industry.

  • Willingness to learn and expand horizons
