Job Description:

Clearfield Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Skilled Labourer on behalf of our client for a role near Needham Market in Suffolk. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team and contribute to various construction projects in the area.

Responsibilities:

Assist with various construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and general labor duties.
Operate hand and power tools as required.
Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by the team lead.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a skilled labourer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks for extended periods.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential.
Willingness to work Monday to Friday, from 7am to 6pm, with 10 hours paid per day.
Must provide references or referee details to validate previous work experience.
Valid driver's license and own transportation preferred but not essential.
