Director of Transformation - East Midlands (Hybrid) - £(Apply online only)K
An excellent opportunity to join a large scale logistics business as they undertake a business-wide reorganisation.
Taking responsibility for Transformation and Change at a strategic level, you will be responsible for the £100M+ Transformation Programme, as well as for leading a transformation and change group of 50+ people. You'll take responsibility for the transformation portfolio and PMO and you will be the figurehead for transformation within the business.
You'll need previous experience of delivering significant transformation programmes in a relevant sector - FMCG, logistics, or supply chain. You'll have had experience of large scale ERP or other enterprise system migrations and implementations, and you'll need excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience of working with stakeholders at all levels.
Day to day you will be responsible for transformation strategy, and will manage the operational relationship with the transformation partner; you'll be closely aligned with transformation and change teams and ensure that the new operating model is embedded as work progresses. You will lead team members both in your own team and those embedded within the business as part of a federated model.
The role is based in the East Midlands and will require a couple of days a week on site.
