Business Systems Analyst

On a day to day basis, you can expect your role to include:

• Implement, test and integrate new applications (or support vendors to do so)
• Supporting and formally training users, at all levels and all technical capabilities.

With a technical understanding of Microsoft Suite specifically Teams, SharePoint, Office 365, Power Apps and Power BI, you will have the drive to deliver the implementation of new business applications and act as a point of contact for several vendors. You will take a collobrative approach to work and the tenacity to analyse, diagnose, manage and where possible - resolve all application errors. With your fantastic interpersonal skills, you will work with software vendors to fulfil the requirements of the organisation but with the ability to track and analyse issue / error trends with the aim of maximising efficiencies and reducing costs.

We are looking for the following essential skills (certifications and/or proven experience will be required)

• SQL & MySQL
• Power BI
• MS Business Apps (including Sharepoint)
• MS Excel
• Software Application Support

It would be highly desirable if you also had experience of:

• Salesforce (e.g., Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, App Builder)
• Formal testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester)
• Project documentation, User Guide production

Working from either Nottingham or Newark, our hybrid working policy allows for 2 days working from home but with flexibility to meet the demands of the organisation - you will manage your diary and we trust you to be where you need to be to be most effective.

We operate in 5 locations across the East Midlands, Nottingham, Newark, Mansfield, Worksop and Goole. You must have your own car and be able to drive to these locations in the course of your role if required.

Location: Newark
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
