The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Project Manager to deliver a major hospital project. This is a unique opportunity to join a top-tier company and play a pivotal role in delivering a state-of-the-art healthcare facility. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and closing of the hospital project.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Report on project status to senior management and stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery methods.Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of UK construction regulations, standards, and best practices.
Demonstrable experience in managing projects valued at £50m or more.What We Offer:
