We're looking for a dynamic Charge Nurse to join the nursing department of our client, a leading provider of independent healthcare in the UK. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of up to £41,700. As a Charge Nurse, you'll have the opportunity to manage a team in a cardiac cath lab, making a real difference in patient outcomes. There's also flexibility with part-time hours available and a shift pattern to suit your lifestyle.

As a Charge Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

Day-to-day management of the Hospital Ward and its staff
Providing clinical management and efficient management of ward resources
Driving clinical excellence in all aspects of care received by patients
Working to maintain and enhance customer service and satisfaction
Guiding and supporting the nursing team to meet all aspects of the clinical governance agenda
Conducting yourself professionally within the standard and framework provided by the NMC Code of professional ConductPackage and Benefits:

As a Charge Nurse, you'll receive:

Have evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically and managerially, preferably evidenced by certification RGN with valid NMC Registration
Have a background working in acute nursing care
Hold a Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies
Have up-to-date knowledge in area of practice
Be aware of NMC Code of Accountability
Have recruitment and selection skills
