Are you an experienced roofer looking for a new position?
TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new social housing project in Birmingham. They are looking for experienced Roofers to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team. Paying up to £180 per day.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out inspections of roofs and diagnose remedial repair works on occupied properties
Have experience in flat & pitched roof repairs - slate, concrete tiles, felt, etcWhat we require from you?
Be able to work at height safely
Trained on working on ladders, scaffolds, Tetra systems, etc
Full driving license
Be able to work independently
Process works via a mobile device
Provide good customer service
Be able to communicate effectively with residents, planners, surveyors, etc.
Have good awareness of H&S regulation & legislation
Ideally experience of working in the social housing sector on repairs contractsMain Details:

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday (8:30am – 4:30pm)
Contract: Social Housing
Pay rate: up to £180 per day
