Private Client Paralegal

We are looking for a Paralegal (Private Wealth) to join a City law firm in their Private Wealth team who are Legal500 ranked.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Wealth Paralegal to assist the Team Lead for Tax, Compliance and Disclosure and the noted Private Wealth team to deliver tax services, advice and guidance to clients. As a Paralegal you will have a high level of organisation and administration to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner, working with a broad range of clients including individuals, trustees and beneficiaries as well as co-professionals in other departments.

As the role develops there is a possibility of managing your own caseload under supervision.

As a Paralegal, you will be:

Working with our Private Wealth team to assist with tasks such as trust accounts, estate accounts, charity accounts and rental accounts;
To take a proactive approach in building professional relationships with clients, co-professionals and other contacts including HMRC;
Supporting the Team Lead for Tax, Compliance and Disclosure with completing annual accounts, tax returns and providing beneficiaries and their accountants with necessary information

To be successful, as an experienced Paralegal within Private Wealth you will need to be technically competent, a proactive individual and proficient in legal database software.

We are looking for a team player with a good work ethic and a sense of humour. The teams offers hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days from home).
