Senior Quantity Surveyor – Salary to £95,000. Senior Quantity Surveyor will be taken on a permanent basis.
Our client is a building main contractor based in Central London and entrusted with some of Britain's most prestigious residential and commercial properties. They are resourcing a role for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor
They are commercially setting up several new schemes involving prime residential and the conversation of an existing building into a large hotel. The schemes are in the main structural cut and carve refurbishments. They require the skills of a Senior Quantity Surveyor to undertake commercial duties involving the whole array of responsibilities from procurement through to final accounts.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a background and be competent on the day to day commercial issues of an on-going site. Other pre requisites include:
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will ideally have experience within the construction London market
Experience of refurbishment projects.
Formal Quantity Surveyor's qualification.
Strong communication skills.
Commercially and technically competent.
Live within commuting distance of Central London
