My client, a highly regarded Top 100 law firm, are seeking a driven Commercial Property Senior Associate or Partner to join their esteemed team in Brighton. They are a full-service firm with the Real Estate team consisting of over 80 experts across multiple offices based in the Southeast and London.

To be successful in this role you must:
Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 5+ PQE in Commercial Real Estate.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide commercially-focused advice to clients.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and provide support to other fee-earners as appropriate, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Competent IT skills.
