Telesales Construction

Our client, an established and growing design and build fit out contractor based in Marlow, are currently seeking a Telesales person to join them due to continued growth. You will be working closely with the Business Development team, contacting new cold leads provided by the team and making initial introductions. You will be joining a small team of 8, with projects ranging from 2,000 - 50,000+ sqft and £100k - £5m in value. This position offers an attractive bonus / commission structure and also the chance to progress down the business development path.

It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years' experience within a telesales role. Experience within the construction industry is also essential. Hybrid or remote working is also available for this position.

Telesales Position Overview

Job Type: Permanent
Office location: Marlow - Hybrid / Remote working available
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
Salary: £35,000 - Possibly more for the right candidate
Start Date: ASAP - Happy to wait for notice periods

Telesales Position Requirements

Must have previous Telesales experience
Experience within the construction industry
Experience using a CRM
Good IT and Grammar
Confident on the phone
