Role and Responsibilities:
A vacancy has arisen for a Customer Support professional. You will need to be highly customer focused and this role would be suitable for someone with a background in component distribution and/or supply chain and logistics, engineering or manufacturing.
Your responsibilities will include answering the phone and dealing with enquiries that can be dealt with there and then. This is a busy office and full training will be provided. Candidates should have a good telephone manner and be keen to learn.
Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00.
