Job Duties:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students across various subjects and age groups
Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement educational activities
Required Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience in teaching and working with students
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Previous experience in a teaching role, preferably in a school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational standards
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs
Proficiency in classroom management techniques
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional certifications in specific subject areas
Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) students
Participation in professional development courses or workshops
Working Conditions:
The role involves working in a school environment, interacting with students, parents, and colleagues. The job requires flexibility in terms of subjects taught and may involve travel to different school locations within the area.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
