Are you a Design Engineer with a passion for Medical Device innovation? Due to their exceptional continued growth, we have a brand-new opportunity for a Design Engineer to join the team.
The successful Design Engineer will work closely in a tight knit team of like-minded professionals, producing detailed plans for innovative medical equipment. You will be instrumental in advancing products, bringing your ideas to life through prototyping and driving continuous improvement initiatives - all while adhering to stringent medical device quality assurance and regulatory standards.
Day in the life:
* Create detailed design plans for new medical equipment
* Transform design concepts into tangible prototypes
* Verify and test your products
* Tackle and resolve any technical challenges that arise during development
* Stay up to date with regulations and compliance to ensure standards are met
Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in the design and development of products - Medical industry advantageous
* Design or Engineering Degree preferred
* Familiarity with regulatory standards and QMS - ISO13485 advantageous
* CAD proficient, preferably Solidworks
* Plastic manufacturing process knowledge
