I am seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Contracts Manager to oversee and manage the operational aspects of multiple high-profile data centre contracts. This role involves coordinating small works, addressing technical queries, and ensuring smooth daily operations at various customer sites. The successful candidate will liaise with customer teams, report on operational and facility performance, and maintain comprehensive records using the CMMS system. Your Role As A Technical Contracts Manager Will Include:

* Taking ownership of site performance and compliance
* Liaising with customer teams daily to address issues and ensure satisfaction
* Contract Management

As A Technical Contracts Manager You Will Have:

* Technical background in Data Centre management
* Flexibility to travel between sites
* Mechanical or Electrical qualifications
* Great technical knowledge coupled with service delivery skills
* Be willing to travel between sites in and outside of Manchester when required
