The Role:
Snagging and Maintenance: Meticulously address all snagging issues and execute a wide range of maintenance tasks to ensure properties are finished to the highest standard.
Core Skills: Demonstrate expertise in joinery, painting, plastering, tiling, and basic mechanical and electrical (M&E) work.
Nationwide Travel: Be willing and able to work across various UK locations, ensuring projects are completed on time and to an exceptional level.You Offer:
Solid Experience: A proven track record as a multi-skilled tradesperson, ideally within property development or a similar environment.
All-Rounder: Versatility and the ability to perform a broad spectrum of maintenance and finishing tasks.
Driving License: A full, valid UK driving license is essential.The Rewards:
