Project Quantity Surveyor

My client are a vibrant construction and property development group who design and deliver innovative high end residential developments.

They are recruiting for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their business. You'll be working on a £60m scheme in Liverpool.

Duties and responsibilities to include:

Preparing and agreeing monthly interim valuations and final accounts
Recording, costing and agreeing contract variations
Internal monthly cost/value reconciliation cost reports
Subcontract procurement including preparing tender enquiries, reconciling quotations and placing subcontract orders
Management notification and payment of subcontract interim and final accounts.
Managing payment of consultants' interim and final accounts
Day to day cost control and cashflow forecasting
Maintaining and developing professional relationshipsSalary: On offer is a salary from £50,000 to £65,000 plus package
