Plumber

Plumbers required to work with South Tyneside based councils busy responsive repairs team.

My client requires an experienced and professional plumber to carry out reactive repairs on tenanted domestic properties.

Responsibilities:
Perform various plumbing repairs and installations in tenanted properties.
Carry out tasks such as bathroom installation and repairs, shower repairs, sink and WHB renewals and repairs and general plumbing work.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and health and safety guidelines.
Communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues to understand repair requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate records of work carried out and materials used.

Start date: ASAP

Hours: 8.00am - 16.30pm Monday - Friday

Location: South Tyneside NE34 0NT

Pay rate: £20 per hour plus company van or 0.40p paid if own van used

Duration: 6 - 12 months work

Requirements:
* NVQ or City & Guilds in Plumbing
* 3 - 5 years plumbing experience
* Full UK driving license
