A Business Development Manager role promoting an industry leading range of structural building materials across the Ulster and North Leinster region. Tracking and winning high-rise residential, student accommodation and commercial projects, with architects, high-rise developers, main and subcontractors.

Package: Basic salary dependent on experience, with a £5k OTE (paid quarterly on KPI's and sales), hybrid company car, 24 days holiday, 5% employer pension contributions, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, staff rewards and discounts, employee assistance program, life assurance and a health cash plan
Territory: Ulster and North Leinster
Selling: Masonry support and structural building materials
Customers: Architects, high-rise developers, main contractors and subcontractors

THE ROLE - Business Development Manager:

* A field based territory sales role promoting my clients industry leading range of masonry support and structural building products

* You will inherit 25 key contractors to account manage and develop

* Whilst also tracking and winning projects with architects, high-rise developers and other contractors

* As well as developing the relationship with an established network of merchants, that your projects are back-sold through

* You will be supported by a first class technical team, that will assist you with drawings, plans, admin and lead generation

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT - Business Development Manager:

* You will be a field sales professional with a consultative and structured approach to solution selling

* You will already be working within the construction industry with some transferable sales skills

* My client though is happy to train and develop someone with the right attitude and hunger, and you could also be working for merchant or distributor looking for that step up

* Either way you will be equally as comfortable developing existing relationships, as you are prospecting and winning new business
