Description
Leading the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Developing and implementing strategies for improving operational efficiency.
Encouraging a culture of innovation and improvement within the team.
Collaborating with other departments to identify opportunities for improvement.
Monitoring and reporting on the progress of improvement initiatives.
Providing training and support to team members on continuous improvement techniques.
Ensuring adherence to industry standards and company policies.
Managing resources efficiently to achieve the department's objectives.Profile
A successful Continuous Improvement Manager should have:
A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a continuous improvement role within the FMCG industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Sound knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
