Role Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for transforming outdoor environments. If you have the necessary skills and qualifications, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate a CPCS-certified forward tipping dumper and a 360-degree excavator (under 10 tons).
* Lay and level various types of paving, including block paving, concrete slabs, and natural stone.
* Assist with groundworks, drainage, and excavation tasks.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient project execution.
* Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements:
* Valid CPCS card for dumper driving and excavator operation.
* Proven experience in laying paving and block paving.
* Familiarity with construction machinery and tools.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
* A positive attitude and commitment to delivering quality work
