Your Tasks

• Serve as Single Point of Contact for complex Hydrogen/Ammonia projects in the Supply Chain.
• Plan and execute procurement activities involving various stakeholders such as equipment suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
• Develop and maintain the Procurement Plan, ensuring timely submission of required documents.
• Manage RFIs, RFQs, and contract negotiations in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Facilitate technical and commercial clarification meetings and document outcomes.
• Mitigate procurement/project risks and implement corrective measures post-contract signature.
• Functional reporting line to the responsible International Category Leader (International Product Group Manager).
• Contribute to commercial design reviews and negotiate supply contracts for large-scale projects.

Your Profile

• Completion of relevant university studies (Masters degree/ Diploma) with an excellent result
• Several years of project procurement experience preferably in Energy generation / Industrial gases / Power to Gas / Chemical/Process facilities / Industrial complex systems /equipment.
• Advanced know-how in Technical/Contractual clauses/fundamentals for above mentioned contracts.
• Application experience of efficient purchasing processes, structures and analysis tools
• Experience in working in cross-location and international teams
• Highly developed analytical and communication skills combined with a structured, independent way of working and a pragmatic, practice-oriented approach
• Knowledge of e-tools for purchasing in the areas of: SRM, eSourcing and eAuctions
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
• Fluent in Business German and English.
