Due to rapid growth, we are looking for Sales Support People to join a dynamic and vibrant sales floor in Bedford. Established for 20 years, this firm is one of the UK’s Top 100 Insurance Brokers. Fast-paced high energy company with room for ambitions people progress and develop careers.
You will get full training, plus ongoing support. There are regular company business and social events to participate in. Team and performance bonus schemes to benefit from. If interested career development and hybrid working options are available once full training is completed.
Ideal role for graduates or those looking to progress swiftly whilst learning on the job.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Submit client insurance risk information to insurers for quotations to be issued to clients (online portal or direct submissions).
* Competently use the company CRM system to ensure all records are accurately maintained.
* Create risk presentations.
* Complete sub-contractor questionnaires for clients.
* Fleet adjustments
* Process mid-term adjustments for all policy types, and invoice accordingly.
* Work closely with account handlers and insurers, building strong relationships across all departments.
* Obtain Cert CII qualification.
Company Benefits:
Salary will vary depending on position and candidate experience.
Salary range is between £18,000 - £24,000
15% bonus for all staff when sales team achieve monthly target.
9.30am start time (hours 9.30am-5pm).
Performance related bonuses.
